The location was central, incredible right in downtown. Moreover, it was so close to close to restaurants and stores, restaurants, and main roads and Cortland for baseball games.

Greatly enjoyed Cortland, the hotel was quiet near everything. The staff was very amiable and helped with the free parking. Both rooms we booked were tidy and spotless with refrigerator and refurbished bathroom, for example. The location of the hotel was ideal for us as it was only a 30-minute drive from Ithaca Airport, where we needed to drop off our car. This convenience made our stay more enjoyable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment.

It felt like a home away from home at the Imperial Motel Cortland. We had no complaints whatsoever about our stay.

newly decorated and tidy room, everything was nice. the staff were really helpful and assisted us with free parking. a microwave, a fridge and a writing desk in the room and the comfortable bed. had prime location in the centre of town, around 4-6 minutes away by foot from a historic house. close to restaurants, downtown and 1890 house plus gas station, the center and cortland rep theatre. very pleasant stay, as always.

Units with king size bed. The location of this hotel close to many restaurants and shops, stores and downtown and 1890 house was fantastic. A cool bonus was nearby Frosted, that offered tea and coffee.

The room at this motel was very clean and comfortable. The beds were soft and cozy, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. The bathroom was also clean and had a spacious shower, which was a nice bonus. The motel is located within walking distance of several restaurants and even a brewery, making it convenient to grab a bite to eat or enjoy a drink without having to drive.

There were a couple of negatives about my stay at this motel. First, the motel advertised smoke-free rooms, but whenever someone in a neighboring room smoked, the smoke would seep into my room, including the bathroom.

We appreciated our clean and extraordinary room with king size bed. The room had central heating, television and a microwave oven plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures.
